Resurrection Hidden Feature

Why are there hidden features in the DVD Resurrection? If everyone wants to put the alive theory's to rest especially Afeni Shakur why is this one piece in the DVD? Check it out go to special features then menu that shows trailers press right on controller until one of the Tupac pictures turns yellow. Once this is done hit enter and this is what you will see:
Tupac's voice saying "Secrets will come out and you'll find out for youself and you'll know why I did it". The time on the background reads 4:03pm as the clip ends. This is the same time Tupac was "pronounced" dead.
